Create a checklist of tasks for the day and check them one by one when you are done with each task. It will give you mental satisfaction.

1. Create a Morning Checklist

3. Stay hydrated or Keep Your eyes hydrated.

The result matters other than how you are showing your work.

7. Less show of more work

When you take a lunch break or any in-session break try to watch knowledgeable things.

4. No social media break

All the meetings stack together so you can break at that time and at other times you can focus on coding.

6. Stack meeting together 

When you take a break your mental map will be lost and you have to recover what's the logical things you are working on.

2. Don't Take Break ( When you do coding)

Take challenging tasks which are outside of your current scope of work.
