3. Never worry about past events

Writing in a journal grants you the opportunity to have one-on-one conservation with yourself. A journal is not a diary. A diary is a place where you recorded events, while a journal is where you analyze and evaluate them.

8. Youth is a state of mind

We treat our friends, colleagues, boss very well. But we don’t treat our family the same way. In fact, they are the person we admire and trust the most. After work, before going home, take a break of at least 10 minutes in Solitude and plan how you will make them happy. Reach your home with a smile on your face.

10. Decompress before you go home

Life is nothing more innumerable than a contest of numbers. The more risks you take, the more rewards you will receive. Pursue the opportunity to stop spending your days searching for security and start spending your time pursuing opportunities.

7. Fortune is not on the side of the faint hearted

It is the quality, preferably than the quantity of sleep, that matters most. Robin shares some effective tips to help sleep more deeply. They are:- ● Don’t eat after 8:00 PM.● Don’t drill the activities of your day while trying to sleep.● Don’t watch the headlines before you sleep (some sad news can make you feel distressed).● Don’t read in bed.
