The problem with setting goals that are too low or average is that they won't motivate you to execute needed actions to achieve them; hence, set bigger 10X goals (yet stay realistic) because they will encourage you to take more action because you are capable of much more than you are doing now.

Sounds interesting right? So 10X rule is quite straightforward- 10 times thinking and 10 times taking actions. In other words, you need to have a broad positive mindset as well as take 10 times more actions than anyone else would do. The bottom line here is that to succeed you have to be willing to do what others are unwilling to do

What if you you stop just casually waiting for success happen to you and instead make it actually happen by yourself? Most of us treat success as an option, luck or miracle that happens to some and doesn't to others. Yet, when we stop treating success as an option and instead start treating it as our duty, as our own responsibility and obligation, that's when we will start living up to our full potentil.

Ask yourself how close are you to your full capacity

Constantly being a crybaby, whiner and making a victim out of yourself - will not help you at all to make any changes in your life. You will truly start making progress and tangible changes in your lifestyle when you will start taking 100% control over your mindset, thoughts, decisions, reactions and actions; because ultimately they are indeed withing your control.

Take Control Over Your Life 

The main reason why most of the times we feel frustrated and give up on our goals is that we underestimate the amounts of actions, energy and time required to achieve it. Consequently, we feel discouraged and disappointed when we can't achieve the goals we set; we label those goals unattainable or unreasonable and either ultimately give up on them or reduce them

Why We Quit Our Goals 

There are 4 degrees of action : 1 - doing nothing, 2 - retreating, 3 - taking normal levels of actions, 4 - taking massive actions. Well just like their names suggest, first degree of action is literally when you don't do anything, second one is when you avoid taking action ultimately retreating. Third degree owhen you take average amount of actions, buy it also creates mediocre results too! Finally 4th degree is when you take a lot of actions that will create outstanding results.
