Perfectionism is ruining our motivation to our work. It is because when we try to make our work perfect, we easily get frustrated when we miss a task or when our day doesn't go as well as we planned, that will leads us to procrastination.
Instead of focusing on flawless progress or results, we should focus on doing something fast, even it was bad or wrong. By doing this, you are creating a momentum and you create progress day by day without no hesitation.

Habit 3: Use FBR/FBW (Fast, Bad, Wrong)

Everytime we use native version of social media, we are easily getting distracted because of the fancy features that every social media apps have. We should uninstal those apps and use socail media through browser.This adds friction to your cravings to use social media as it is bit too hassle to open these sites and it has less features on it. This will can potentially help you to quit or break your addiction/cravings in using social media.

Habit 6: Use Social Media only Through Browser, Not Native Apps

When we need to do a task, we often say to ourselves "I have to do this" but this leads us to procrastination, stress and anxiety. You should be instead grateful to your tasks that you planned to do because this tasks is helping you to save your time and slowly progress to your life.So instead of saying "I have to do this", say "I get to do this".

Habit 1: Approach Your Tasks with Gratitude

Watching TV shows and entertainments on the traditional TV often keeps us distracted, which steals our time that we can use to do valuable and important things. By removing the traditional TV, we will reclaim countless hours each week. But occasionally, we spend some time watching YT, movies and anime, but the key is to avoid habitual, solo TV consumption.

Habit 7: Eliminate Traditional TV From Your Life

“The only thing better than saving time is getting more output for less input.”

Having a deep focus towards to our daily tasks had been difficult. But when you really need to study to an exam that you need to ace, you spend almost all of your energy and focus to that preparation. Why not do the same when we do our work/tasks?When we treat our work as an exam or an preparation for an exam, your focus can increase and your mind will treat those tasks as a very important preparation for your future.

Habit 2: Treat Deep Work Like an Exam

We always have thoughts, feelings and idea that we always carry around. We thought that when we had an idea or thoughts about something, we think that we can remember it. But most of the times, we always forgot those important ideas and thoughts.
You should always write down all of your ideas and thoughts to a journal. You can use a journal notebook or an app, as long as you can always write your thoughts anytime

Habit 4: Use Journal to Offload your Thoughts and Ideas

We are always getting distracted in the morning, while doing our work and in the evening because our phones are always accessible and are always near to us. And when your phone is near to you, you always crave to use it.The best you should do is by placing your phone into the drawer or in the other room. This works because when your phone is too far, your mind thinks that it is too hassle to get that phone, and your cravings will slowly fades out.
