Think of your meetings like a production line

If your process is broken, you’ll produce faulty outcomes—again and again. Meetings are where ideas move through the organization and get further built, refined, and and finalized. If there a breaks in your decision-making process (turning ideas into actions) it will ripple through your organization like a broken assembly line - only a lot less visible.  Would you allow a production line that was 29% efficient go unmanaged?
