It's important to have something bigger than yourself to accomplish.<ul><li>Selflessness is only possible when you have a greater goal in mind.</li><li>Find a purpose and a vision to guide your actions towards others.</li><li>Think outside of yourself and focus on helping and supporting others.</li></ul>Remember, selflessness is about giving to others and expecting nothing in return.

When we bring ourselves down, our self-esteem falls lower and lower. Poor self-image means low self-esteem. Start to appreciate something about your appearance. Begin to admire an aspect of your appearance and you will gradually learn how to appreciate other things about yourself.
